The staff is excellent here, the services are good, and location is MAGNIFICENT near a large luxurious ferry, restaurant and multiple dining options. The rooms are new-fashioned and fine with king size bed with romantic and ultra comfort. The restaurant serves outstanding vegetarian food. Thank you for a very good stay.

Staying in a deluxe bungalow with a modern and super comfy bed here was great, the staff were extremely friendly, the location is stunning and just right, plus it's only a 15-minute walk to Dream Beach.

We even took advantage of their massage services and mangrove tours. Plus, the resort's kids' club, room service, and currency exchange made our stay even more convenient.

Stayed in a jaw-dropping private bungalow with a separate pool, clean beach, and easy access to mainland through a 30 min boat ride. The location was perfect, near shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful, arranging scooter and boat rentals. The food was mind-blowing, especially the Rendang and Key Lime pie. The attention to detail for our anniversary was amazing, with complimentary flowers and fruit. The resort offered fantastic facilities, including a pontoon with a slide, snorkeling, and stunning pools. A truly relaxing experience!

We had an amazing time at this place! The location was perfect, right by the beach at the quieter end of Mushroom Bay, away from all the day trippers. We loved being able to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the beach right on our doorstep. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were always available to assist us and their professional and friendly service made us feel right at home. The food at the hotel's restaurants was absolutely delicious, especially the baby back ribs and the fisherman's basket. We also appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, making our stay even more enjoyable. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to everyone.

The beachfront rooms at Hai Tide Beach Resort are like stepping into a tropical paradise! The huts have a cozy and laid-back feel, perfect for couples like me who crave a romantic getaway. And oh, the views of Mushroom Beach are absolutely breathtaking!

Personally, I found the air-conditioning a bit too chilly for my liking. But hey, that's just me!
